Aussie recipe I'm going to try
Honey Corn for the BBQ / Grill
Recipe found on Recipezaar (http://www.recipezaar.com/recipe/Honey-Corn-for -the-BBQ-Grill-202194)
35 min / 20 min prep The prep time includes cooling time for the butter, and you can pop back in the fridge after wrapping the corn so it is quite quick and easy to prepare.
SERVES 4-8
4 ears corn on the cob
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1. Place butter & honey in a cup and microwave for around 30 seconds until just melted.
2. Stir through garlic and pepper.
3. Leave to cool 15 minutes in fridge.
4. (optional step) Cut ears of corn in half.
5. Brush mixture evenly over the corn and wrap in aluminum foil.
6. Cook over preheated BBQ grill 15-20 minutes over medium-high heat, turning often. The foil turning brown is a sign it's been long enough in one position and should be turned a little.

Why use 3 when you only need 1?
We've been using the Splayd as our eating utensil for everything but thin soups and we can't see ourselves going back to using a knife, fork and spoon.
1) You have fewer dishes to wash.
2) Doing something different has added some fun to our meals.
3) Guests think that it is fun and unique and it has been a great conversation topic.
4) Getting rid of the extra silverware has de-cluttered our drawers.
If you've used the Splayd before, we'd love to hear your experiences. If you haven't used a Splayd before, you should try it. Splayd's make the perfect wedding gift. It is so functional and unique, it will be the gift that is remembered and talked about for years.
